The Gold Supply have been busy since releasing 2022’s acclaimed Open Lines EP. The band has successfully expanded to a live five-piece, received a prestigious award for Best Indie Act at the 2023 Radio Wigwam awards, performed live for RawSound TV, and continued to see their unique brand of trip hop-infused indie rock gain momentum and recognition throughout the UK and beyond.

Citing influences as diverse as Massive Attack, Portishead, Bjork, The Verve, and Spiritualized, The Gold Supply’s music features an atmospheric and almost post-apocalyptic ambience, showcasing a sound that continues to shift and evolve in response to the ever-changing world we live in.

The new Radio Sessions double A-side single – recorded live at Generation Studio in Maidenhead in partnership with Radio Wigwam and Jamma – sees the band deliver stunning live, acoustic renditions of two tracks from their small yet accomplished back catalogue.

Our Last Few Days is a fan-favourite track from Open Lines, which the band explains is about the last days of a failed relationship and coming to terms with its inevitable end. Meanwhile, Completely Underwater is a reimagined version of the featured track from The Gold Supply’s Underwater Completely EP – a collection of demo tracks self-released in early 2021.

Radio Sessions from The Gold Supply is released in digital formats on the 12th of May via Todmorden-based record label AnalogueTrash. A new EP is scheduled for release this autumn.
